Return Period:
- We offer a 100-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be in the same new condition as when received.
- Must be in original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact.
- Custom-made or personalized items, including products from exclusive collections, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items received as part of a promotion must be returned along with the main item, or their value will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Dealer Purchases:
- Items purchased from a dealer cannot be returned or exchanged through our store. Please contact the dealer directly for assistance.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions for an acceptable return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
